There are a lot of great auctions in the category this week so take a few minutes and check out what I turned up.

It isn't very often that I can feature a blanket with almost $2k (and counting) worth of WWII era patches on it. Check out the picture to the left and you'll see what I'm talking about. That is one auction not to be missed.

If there is one think in the hobby that I just can't wrap my head around it's paying $500+ for a piece of seemingly nondescript metal. Check out the auction below and tell me if you sometimes scratch your heads about auctions like that too.

When I saw the title said "desert rat" you know I had to click on that auction. I remember watching the old show (I think it might be on Netflix) about a team of soldiers fighting against the Africkacorps driving bad-ass jeeps with machine guns mounted on the back.

Want to see an impressive $2k+ auction then you need to click on the picture from the Named WWI 28th Division 107th Field Artillery group. It's pretty complete and very impressive.

We are looking to get some icy weather down south tonight but it's OK - at least I don't live in Boston.
