More than one readers has emailed to say they wish I could get the newsletter out earlier in the day. I'm a little hard headed but I'm trying today! Enjoy.

Well you probably won't be surprised that the size 42 A2 jacket pictured below is about to tip the scales at $1,000 if the bidding continues on pace. There is always going to be a demand for those iconic pieces from WWII.

Sometimes in writing the newsletter I'll find something that gets me to drift over to Wikipedia and I can read a lot of interesting history. The Panzerfaust ("iron first") below was a German tank killer that American GIs in the 82nd Airborne used captured ones in later stages of the war as they liked them better than their standard issue bazookas.

Any interesting items from the RAF that appear in this block usually do very well. Today I found a nice helmet that is the lead item for this block.

If you want to see something that is unusual and kinda a work of art check out the embroidered banner pictured below. I'm sure today that would cost a fortune but back in the early 1900s I'm guessing not so much.

I believe every auction in here is alive and kicking which was one of the problems with getting the issue out late in the day. I hope the readers like the new schedule.
