I shove off for summer camp tomorrow morning. For the next 8 weeks I'll essentially be out of the house. Luckily even a Scout camp in SC has wi-fi these days so I can keep up my online projects including getting the Hot Finds published for the readers.

I had a great weekend at camp working my summer staff to get things ready. We have staff week starting this coming Sunday and then a week later welcome our campers for the beginning of the summer season.

I am finishing this newsletter from the balcony of a condo overlooking the Atlantic ocean. Its a great day although a little overcast. I hope you have some great plans to get away this summer as well.

| Since every year I have an issue of the Hot Finds that comes out on Memorial Day I'm reminded of the fact that all of these collectibles are in some way connected to the struggle in war which led to fallen soldiers. I think in some ways that's what makes this a more personal thing to collect than sports cards of overpaid athletes that you will never meet. |
