Well tropical storm Nestor was not so nice for our weekend camping trip. Because of a fear of the wind knocking down limbs the event was cancelled after lunch Saturday. So instead we spent the rest of the weekend at home catching up on sleep and actually made church Sunday morning.

Tomorrow I'm going camping with the Cub Scouts and thankfully fall temperatures have arrived just in time for some good sleeping weather. I hope you have some great weekend plans ahead.

Tonight I'm in Rock Hill, SC to promote my summer camp to dozens of troops from that part of the state. I'll be set up at a booth giving away swag and talking up my camp.

This weekend I'll be camping with the Webelos Scouts at a big district event. The fall temperatures are changing this week so I'm looking forward to that!
