I'm sure that some of you that are dealers will appreciate my experience of driving a total of 19 hours over three days to attend a memorabilia show. I had a great time and came back with some wonderful deals that now need to get listed!

My employee is out of town all week so I'm picking up the slack and doing all the shipping and chores in the office. Sometimes it's great to revisit your procedures and in fact today I've tweaked one coupon offer that I think my make a big difference for me.

This whole week I've been organizing my warehouse and have found tons of inventory that I'm excited to get listed up for sale. It's a bit like finding sunken treasure only it was hidden in a box instead of at the bottom of the sea.

I moved into my warehouse 10 months ago and for the first time I'm going through every box resorting things out. When I moved here I had stuff in 3 different locations so now having it all under 1 roof is a chance to get organized. So far I'm on day 4 of that project!

This weekend I'm headed down to SC for a camp training session and then spending time with family. I grew up in SC and still have lots of connections there.
