My employee is out of town all week so I'm picking up the slack and doing all the shipping and chores in the office. Sometimes it's great to revisit your procedures and in fact today I've tweaked one coupon offer that I think my make a big difference for me.

This whole week I've been organizing my warehouse and have found tons of inventory that I'm excited to get listed up for sale. It's a bit like finding sunken treasure only it was hidden in a box instead of at the bottom of the sea.

I moved into my warehouse 10 months ago and for the first time I'm going through every box resorting things out. When I moved here I had stuff in 3 different locations so now having it all under 1 roof is a chance to get organized. So far I'm on day 4 of that project!

This weekend I'm headed down to SC for a camp training session and then spending time with family. I grew up in SC and still have lots of connections there.

I am going to roll the dice later today and go hit up a company that was advertising super discounted office supplies. It looks like somebody about 30 minutes away is into getting pallets of returns and their focus is things I use all the time with envelopes, shipping labels and paper. Hopefully I hit a home run and save some money.
