True story!  This weekend my wife found a bag of old Scout patches that I have been looking for over the past month.  Our COVID kitten had dragged the bag behind my daughter's bed into his lair.  Literally this is like $500 worth of 1950s issues that literally the cat burglar had run off with!

My family went to the mountains this weekend and the greatest thing happened - it snowed! We live in Charlotte which is low enough in elevation that we only get snow about every couple years.  But it's snowed twice now since we arrived.  Luckily if we can get the ice off the car the main roads look to be clear to come back down the mountain.

I got back yesterday from a trip to the Central time zone to pick up an old Boy Scout collection. This was a collection that had not been touched in over 4 decades so it was very cool for me.

This past weekend we took down the Christmas decorations (I know late right!) and put everything away in the attic.  I'm looking forward to good things in 2021 and for this pandemic to fizzle out.
